This policy explains refunds for the one-time ₹79 registration fee paid in the KrushiSanjeevini app, operated by Rahul Doddagowdru Niranjan.
KrushiSanjeevini charges a registration fee of ₹79 for 1 year of access. It does not auto-renew, so there is no recurring or automatic billing and nothing to cancel. After one year, access simply ends until you choose to renew for another ₹79.
If you are not satisfied with the app, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. After 7 days, the fee is non-refundable, as you have had full access to all digital features.
Email rahuldodagowdrurahuldodagowdru@gmail.com from your registered email or mention your registered mobile number, with the subject "Refund Request". We will verify and process eligible refunds.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 working days.
If you were charged more than once, or money was deducted but access was not granted, contact us — we will refund the extra/failed charge in full.
